1. समझौता और संचालक
ये Terms Unlimitive Media द्वारा संचालित IKARU के उपयोग पर लागू हैं। ऐप या वेबसाइट उपयोग करने पर आप इन Terms और गोपनीयता नीति से सहमत होते हैं। प्रश्न contact@unlimitive.com पर भेजे जा सकते हैं।
2. IKARU क्या देता है
IKARU यात्रा योजना, packing, itinerary, maps, language learning, reminders, social features, sharing और organization के tools देता है। सुविधाएँ device, permissions, connection, account, premium access या third-party services पर निर्भर हो सकती हैं। Product विकसित होने पर service का दायरा बदल सकता है।
3. यात्रा जानकारी guidance है
Travel information, routes, maps, translations, AI suggestions, entry, safety, weather, prices, availability और अन्य content planning aids हैं, guarantee या professional advice नहीं। कार्रवाई से पहले current official sources, carrier/provider rules, local requirements और अपनी safety needs जाँचें। IKARU border decision, missed connection, booking, route या अन्य travel outcome के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं है।
4. खाते और local mode
आप अपने द्वारा भेजी जानकारी की accuracy और credentials की security के लिए जिम्मेदार हैं। Guest और local features data केवल device पर रख सकते हैं; account features के लिए sign-in और connection चाहिए। किसी और का account उपयोग, impersonation या access/premium controls को bypass न करें।
5. आपका content और permissions
Trips, notes, photos, media, profile, messages और अन्य submitted material पर आपके पास जो अधिकार हैं वे आपके पास रहते हैं। माँगी गई feature देने के लिए IKARU को host, sync, display, transform, transmit और process करने की सीमित permission देते हैं। आपके पास आवश्यक अधिकार होने चाहिए और illegal, harmful या infringing material upload नहीं करना चाहिए।
6. Sharing और location की जिम्मेदारी
Share links, public profiles, itineraries, selected photos, Journey media और live location आपके चुनावों पर निर्भर हैं। Bearer link copy या forward हो सकता है और recipients दिखाई देने वाली चीज़ें save कर सकते हैं। Audience और content जाँचें, बेकार links revoke करें और बिना अनुमति किसी अन्य व्यक्ति की जानकारी share न करें। Location emergency service नहीं है और delayed, unavailable, approximate या stale हो सकती है।
7. AI और third-party services
AI outputs generated assistance हैं, incomplete या गलत हो सकते हैं और उपयोग या proposed change apply करने से पहले review जरूरी है। Messages, limited context और optional audio गोपनीयता नीति के अनुसार backend और providers द्वारा process हो सकते हैं। Maps, geocoding, search, translation, authentication, storage, diagnostics, purchases और integrations third parties से आ सकते हैं; उनके terms और availability लागू होंगे।
8. Purchases और premium features
Premium products, prices, billing periods, renewal और payment methods संबंधित app store में दिखते हैं। Apple या Google transaction process करता है और RevenueCat entitlements संभालने में मदद करता है। Cancellation, restore और possible refunds store या in-app subscription management से संभालें। कानून से न हटाए जा सकने वाले consumer और payment rights सीमित नहीं होते।
9. स्वीकार्य उपयोग
IKARU का उपयोग कानून तोड़ने, abuse, threat, harassment या किसी को expose करने, बिना अनुमति content publish करने, malware upload करने, कानून से अनुमत सीमा के बाहर scrape या reverse engineer करने, ratings/invites/entitlements/limits manipulate करने, security या availability में हस्तक्षेप करने या हानिकारक automated access के लिए नहीं कर सकते।
10. स्वामित्व
IKARU का software, design, brand, editorial material, databases और अन्य components Unlimitive Media या उसके licensors के स्वामित्व में हैं या licensed हैं। स्पष्ट रूप से दिए या कानून से मिले अधिकारों के अलावा इन्हें copy, sell, distribute, modify या exploit नहीं कर सकते। Service सुधारने के लिए feedback उपयोग किया जा सकता है, पर underlying content का ownership transfer नहीं होता।
11. Availability, suspension और termination
Security, legal, operational या product कारणों से हम service को maintain, limit, suspend या discontinue कर सकते हैं। Misuse या material breach पर access suspend किया जा सकता है। आप कभी भी IKARU उपयोग बंद कर सकते हैं और Settings से account delete कर सकते हैं; local और account data गोपनीयता नीति में बताए गए हैं।
12. Disclaimers और liability
कानून की अधिकतम अनुमति तक IKARU uninterrupted, error-free, complete, current, secure या किसी खास purpose के लिए suitable होने का वादा नहीं करता। जहाँ कानून exclusion की अनुमति देता है वहाँ indirect, incidental, special, consequential या punitive loss के लिए liability नहीं होगी। Mandatory consumer protections और non-limitable liability प्रभावित नहीं होती।
13. बदलाव और संपर्क
हम नई date वाली नई version publish करके इन Terms को update कर सकते हैं। Material change होने पर जहाँ उचित हो service में अतिरिक्त notice दे सकते हैं। Update effective होने के बाद उपयोग जारी रखना कानून की अनुमति तक updated version स्वीकार करना है। contact@unlimitive.com पर संपर्क करें।
