गोपनीयता नीति

1. संचालक और संपर्क

IKARU का संचालन Unlimitive Media करता है। गोपनीयता, खाते या डेटा अधिकारों से जुड़े प्रश्नों के लिए contact@unlimitive.com पर लिखें। यह नीति IKARU ऐप और वेबसाइट के सार्वजनिक पन्नों पर लागू है; बाहरी सेवाओं की अपनी सूचनाएँ होती हैं।

2. आपके द्वारा दी गई जानकारी

आपके उपयोग के अनुसार हम खाते का ईमेल, Supabase Auth द्वारा संभाला गया प्रमाणीकरण विवरण, वैकल्पिक प्रदर्शन नाम, सार्वजनिक हैंडल और अवतार, सेटिंग्स और सहायता संदेश संसाधित करते हैं। हम आपके बनाए या सिंक किए गए यात्रा डेटा को भी संसाधित करते हैं, जैसे यात्राएँ, गंतव्य, यात्रा-योजनाएँ, पैकिंग सूचियाँ, कार्य, निजी नोट या डायरी, भाषा-सीखने की प्रगति, रिमाइंडर, प्रतिक्रिया, सार्वजनिक प्रोफ़ाइल, रेटिंग, फ़ॉलो और शेयरिंग विकल्प।

3. स्थानीय योजना और डिवाइस स्टोरेज

अतिथि और स्थानीय सुविधाएँ यात्रा, पैकिंग, यात्रा-योजना, सीखने की स्थिति और स्थानीय फ़ोटो के संदर्भ सहित योजना की स्थिति आपके डिवाइस पर रख सकती हैं। फोटो-से-रूट सुविधा संपादन योग्य यात्रा सुझाव देने के लिए फ़ोटो की तारीख और स्थान मेटाडेटा डिवाइस पर पढ़ती है। केवल स्कैन करने से आपकी फ़ोटो लाइब्रेरी या मेटाडेटा IKARU पर अपलोड नहीं होता। स्थानीय डेटा ऐप में उपलब्ध हटाने के विकल्प, ऐप स्टोरेज साफ़ करने या ऐप हटाने से हटाया जा सकता है; डिवाइस बैकअप आपके डिवाइस प्रदाता के नियमों के अधीन हो सकते हैं।

4. खाते, सिंक और क्लाउड डेटा

साइन इन करने पर IKARU प्रमाणीकरण, सिंक और सहयोग के लिए Supabase Auth, डेटाबेस, Edge Functions और Storage का उपयोग करता है। जहाँ खाता या सुविधा आवश्यक हो, वहाँ प्रोफ़ाइल, यात्राएँ, सहयोग, प्लानर बातचीत, चुना हुआ मीडिया और संबंधित ऐप स्थिति क्लाउड पर भेजी जाती है। ऐप और backend नियम पहुँच सीमित करते हैं, लेकिन किसी ऑनलाइन सेवा की पूर्ण सुरक्षा की गारंटी नहीं दी जा सकती।

5. सार्वजनिक प्रोफ़ाइल, यात्रा और परिवार लिंक

प्रोफ़ाइल, यात्रा-योजना, रेटिंग या अन्य सामाजिक जानकारी प्रकाशित करनी है या नहीं, यह आप चुनते हैं। परिवार लिंक एक bearer link है: जिसे लिंक मिल जाए वह IKARU खाते या ऐप के बिना सीमित, केवल-पढ़ने योग्य यात्रा दृश्य खोल सकता है। इसमें यात्रा का नाम, गंतव्य और तारीखें, सीमित रूट नोट, चुनी हुई फ़ोटो या Journey मीडिया और वैकल्पिक साझा स्थान हो सकता है; पैकिंग सूची, निजी नोट, दस्तावेज़ या पूरी स्थानीय फ़ोटो लाइब्रेरी नहीं दिखाई जाती। प्राप्तकर्ता दिख रही चीज़ों को कॉपी, स्क्रीनशॉट या आगे भेज सकते हैं। सेवा लिंक की न्यूनतम अवधि 30 दिन रखती है और यात्रा की समाप्ति तारीख इसे कम से कम समाप्ति के सात दिन बाद तक बढ़ा सकती है; आप पहले रद्द कर सकते हैं।

6. स्थान साझा करना

नेटिव ऐप डिवाइस स्थान इस्तेमाल करने से पहले अनुमति मांगता है। यदि आप यात्रा या सामाजिक स्थान साझा करना स्पष्ट रूप से चालू करते हैं, तो ऐप foreground में और ऑपरेटिंग सिस्टम की अनुमति व सेटिंग के अनुसार background में चलते समय भी स्थान ले सकता है। इस सुविधा के लिए साइन-इन खाता और premium access आवश्यक है; visibility बंद, केवल दोस्तों तक या सार्वजनिक-लगभग हो सकती है। सेवा capture और expiry समय के साथ सटीक और लगभग दोनों रूप प्राप्त करती है। अनुमति वाले दोस्त नियमों के अनुसार सटीक स्थान पा सकते हैं, जबकि सार्वजनिक दृश्य और परिवार लिंक केवल लगभग स्थान पाते हैं। क्लाइंट लगभग दस मिनट की freshness मांगता है और backend live reads के लिए expiry को अधिकतम पंद्रह मिनट तक सीमित करता है। परिवार दृश्य पिछले 24 घंटों में अपडेट हुए अंतिम लगभग स्थान को stale दिखा सकता है। साझा करना बंद करने पर सक्रिय row हटती है, लेकिन expiry या deletion से provider backups या हर downstream copy तुरंत हटने की गारंटी नहीं है।

7. Health data, photos, media, and camera features

If you choose to connect Apple Health on iOS or Health Connect on Android, IKARU requests read-only access to your step count. It uses step-count data to calculate travel-step totals for your saved travel days and trips and to show statistics in travel stats, trip recaps, and profile or comparison surfaces. Raw HealthKit and Health Connect samples stay on your device and are never uploaded by IKARU. For signed-in users, IKARU may store one aggregate step total per device and trip, together with the trip scope, platform, and device identifier needed to replace and combine totals across devices, in Supabase. That aggregate may appear in a public profile or a comparison visible to friends only according to your profile and sharing settings. IKARU does not read, write, change, or collect other Apple Health or Health Connect categories through this feature. You can decline or revoke access in your device settings.

ऐप यात्रा सुझावों के लिए डिवाइस पर फ़ोटो लाइब्रेरी का चुना हुआ मेटाडेटा पढ़ सकता है। सार्वजनिक अवतार, परिवार फ़ोटो या Journey media जैसी cloud सुविधा चुनने पर ही छवि अपलोड होती है। cloud record में caption, capture समय, यात्रा या stop reference, देश, वैकल्पिक coordinates और visibility हो सकती है। छवियों का access कम अवधि वाले signed URL से होता है; वर्तमान ऐप पाँच मिनट के URL मांगता है। translator camera डिवाइस पर text recognition और translation चलाता है; यात्रा statistics card केवल आपके अनुरोध पर डिवाइस में सेव होता है।

8. AI, खोज, मानचित्र और ऑडियो

Trip Assistant उपयोग करते समय ऐप आपके संदेश और आवश्यक सीमित यात्रा context, history या state को Supabase Edge Function पर भेजता है। साइन-इन उपयोगकर्ताओं की बातचीत और planning results planner records में सेव हो सकते हैं; अतिथि अनुरोध history और state भेजते हैं, लेकिन वर्तमान flow में signed-in conversation नहीं बनाते। Text generation और automatic audio transcription backend के माध्यम से Google Gemini का उपयोग करते हैं। अनुरोध Google Search, Google Maps और Mapbox geocoding का भी उपयोग कर सकते हैं। रिकॉर्ड किया गया ऑडियो transcription के लिए भेजा जाता है; वर्तमान ऐप code अपने planner tables में raw audio नहीं रखता। ऐसी जानकारी न भेजें जिसे आप इन सेवाओं से संसाधित नहीं करवाना चाहते। Provider retention, training use और processing locations providers नियंत्रित करते हैं और यहाँ उनकी गारंटी नहीं दी जाती।

9. ऐप diagnostics और वेबसाइट measurement

Release app versions product events के लिए Firebase Analytics, crashes और error reports के लिए Firebase Crashlytics और performance traces के लिए Firebase Performance चालू करती हैं। इन सेवाओं को app, device, version, event, crash और performance metadata मिल सकता है; event adapter messages या trip content को event parameters में डालने के लिए बना नहीं है। ikaru.app पर साइट Google Consent Mode को default रूप से storage denied रखती है, Clickio consent platform लोड करती है और उसी consent-controlled setup में GA4 measurement उपयोग करती है। वेबसाइट भाषा और consent state जैसी छोटी local preferences रखती है और browser geolocation नहीं मांगती।

10. Purchases, premium access, and eSIM connectivity

ऐप में premium access खरीदने पर Apple App Store या Google Play transaction संभालते हैं और RevenueCat purchase तथा entitlement layer देता है। ऐप RevenueCat customer को account identifier और उपलब्ध होने पर email या display name से जोड़ सकता है; यह entitlement status और management link भी प्राप्त करता है। Supabase access checks के लिए entitlement mirror रखता है। Card details store या payment providers संभालते हैं, IKARU नहीं। Price, renewal, cancellation और refund संबंधित store दिखाता या संभालता है।

If you buy an eSIM or data top-up through IKARU, we process the selected package and currency, order and payment/provisioning status, optional trip or traveler reference, support or refund information, and the eSIM profile and usage details needed to deliver and manage connectivity. This can include an ICCID, installation instructions, activation and status data, data/voice/SMS allowances, and remaining usage. Stripe processes eSIM payments; card details are handled by Stripe and are not entered into IKARU. The Airalo connectivity provider receives information needed to provision the eSIM and, where applicable, deliver installation instructions or process usage, top-up, or refund requests. IKARU may retain support messages and diagnostics linked to the order to handle support. The website hosted checkout may use a technical anonymous account and a delivery or access email; this is not an IKARU customer login. Provider, payment, and email services have their own notices and retention rules.

11. Retention और deletion

Local data device storage में तब तक रहता है जब तक आप या device उसे हटाते नहीं। ऐप का Delete account action server function को बुलाता है, जिसका उद्देश्य authentication user, account records, public profile और avatar, location records, family-share data और objects, planner records, entitlement mirror और current deletion function में आने वाली अन्य rows हटाना है। आप location बंद, links revoke, uploaded media delete और sign out भी कर सकते हैं। Link expiry, पाँच मिनट के media URLs और location expiry access सीमित करते हैं, पर हर database row, log, provider copy, backup, purchase record या legal record के तुरंत मिटने का वादा नहीं करते। वर्तमान code हर provider के लिए एक universal retention schedule नहीं बनाता, इसलिए हम ऐसा fixed period प्रकाशित नहीं करते जिसे verify न कर सकें।

Account deletion also targets linked aggregate health-step data and, where covered by the current account schema, eSIM orders, profiles, plans, refunds, and support records. The website’s anonymous eSIM checkout identity and Stripe, Airalo, email, and other provider records are separate and may remain under their own policies.

12. आपके विकल्प और privacy requests

आप guest mode उपयोग कर सकते हैं, account और sharing settings बदल सकते हैं, location बंद कर सकते हैं, links revoke कर सकते हैं, सुविधा उपलब्ध होने पर content हटा सकते हैं और Settings से account deletion मांग सकते हैं। लागू कानून के अनुसार access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability या अन्य अधिकारों के लिए contact@unlimitive.com पर लिखें। अनुरोध verify करने और account सुरक्षित रखने के लिए हम जानकारी मांग सकते हैं। Website consent विकल्प Clickio controls से फिर बदले जा सकते हैं।

13. बच्चे

IKARU बच्चों के लिए बनाया गया service नहीं है। हम जानबूझकर बच्चों से account बनाने या personal information देने को नहीं कहते। यदि आपको लगता है कि किसी बच्चे ने personal information दी है, तो लागू कानून के अनुसार समीक्षा के लिए contact@unlimitive.com पर संपर्क करें।

14. अंतरराष्ट्रीय processing, security और updates

IKARU ऐसी सेवाओं पर निर्भर है जो आपके देश से अलग देशों में जानकारी process कर सकती हैं। वर्तमान repositories provider regions, subprocessors, backup periods या transfer mechanisms की पूरी और स्थायी सूची तय नहीं करतीं; यह policy ऐसे विवरण नहीं गढ़ती। हम access controls और संबंधित platforms की protections का उपयोग करते हैं और product या processing बदलने पर यह पन्ना update करते हैं। ऊपर दी गई तारीख वर्तमान version बताती है।
